He married Katie, and they have three children. They presently live in Burbage. David has worked in Local Government since 1989 and is a Principal Health and Safety Adviser for Derbyshire County Council. |
David Owen went on to be educated in Buxton, and at Derbyshire College of Higher Education, Matlock, St John's College, Manchester and at Staffordshire University.
